Email Ticketing

All "ticket" emails currently goto the rescue mailbox which is currently managed by Kat.

Currently receives emails sent to mailto:rescue@buffalopugs.com and mailto:rescue@buffalopugs.org

rescue@buffalopugs.org is currently being copied into tickets.buffalopugs.org. Also supported is, support@buffalopugs.org

This is in a testing phase.
